  • The purpose of this centre is to provide resource for organizations and HR professionals seeking to improve their understanding of organization behaviour and its impact on organizational performance and employee well-being. The centre is committed to promote best practices in organization behaviour and to help organizations create a culture that supports and encourage effective organization behaviour. The centre also provide educational and training programs for HR professionals, managers, employees, and students to enhance their skills and knowledge in the area of OB.

    • Objectives:
    • 1. To conduct programmes such as Guest Lectures and CEO talks relating to the emerging trends of supply chain and Logistical Operations.
    • 2. To conduct seminars to project the recent challenges in the operations management.
    • 3. To create awareness of SCM through organising Workshops
    • 4. To impart analytical and problem solving skills necessary to develop solution for a variety of logistics and supply chain real time situation
    • 5. To offer tailored SCM certification courses for dummies.
