The PG and Research Department of Zoology, Jamal Mohamed College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli, organized a Placement Training Program on 10th July 2023 at the Zoology Department. Dr. I. JOSEPH A. JERALD, Associate Professor and Head, Dept. of Zoology welcomed the gathering and introduced the Chief Guest to the audience. He also gave a briefing about the current job market in the field of Lifesciences and encouraged students to enrich skills pertaining to it. Dr. S. ISMAIL MOHIDEEN, Principal, Jamal Mohamed College presided over the function. Dr. A. K. KHAJA NAZEEMUDEEN Sahib, Secretary and Correspondent, Hajee M.J. JAMAL MOHAMED Sahib, Treasurer, Dr. K. ABDUS SAMAD, Assistant Secretary felicitated the gathering.
Dr. M. SALAHUDEEN, Assistant Professor of Zoology of our College served as guest speaker to deliver the special lecture on “Skill Development for Efficient Facing of Interviews”. During his lecture, he spoke on Interview skill and related career opportunities for Biological students. Dr. P. Rajasekar, Assistant Professor and Placement officer, Department of Zoology organised the lecture programme proposed a vote of thanks.
