We have ten full-time faculty in our institution with Dr. M. Sheik Mohamed as the Principal and Director.  The full-time, core faculty of JIM, comprises a mixture of youth and experience, academic excellence and industry practice.  Besides we have guest faculty drawn from other disciplines like Mathematics, Commerce &  Economics to teach different specialized areas like Marketing, Finance, Human Resource etc.  We also have regular visiting faculties drawn from industries like Mr. Krishna Mohan, Mr. M.S. Venkatesan, Mr. B.V. Ramanan and Mr. Abul Kalam.  The Institute also arranges lectures on current management topics by experts drawn from institutions and industries or regular basis.  The Institute arranges programmes on communication skills personality development, conflict management and interview skills.

One of the greatest assets of Jamal Institute of Management is its dedicated team of teachers who bring with them vast years of experience in Industry, Teaching and Research in various functional areas relating to Management.  Four members of the faculty are presently pursuing Doctoral Programme in the areas of Brand Management, Retailing Management, Investment Management and Insurance.  Many of our faculties have the privilege of being members of reputed management associations, consultancies and professional bodies.  Our faculty members regularly publish their research work in National and International Journals and participate and present papers in National Seminars and Conferences.
