The Zakat Foundation of
India, New Delhi and Interfaith Coalition for Peace (ICP) jointly
conducted selection for Civil Service Examination coaching for
educationally bright and financially needy minority candidates.
Dr. Syed Zafar Mahmood,
president, Zakat Foundation of India, New Delhi and
Fr. Packiyam Samuel, general
secretary of ICP have conducted the written test and personal
interview for the candidates. 46 students were participated. 3
students were selected, one from Jamal Mohamed College and two from
other college. They will be undergoing 20 months rigorous coaching
for civil service examinations in the reputed institute in New Delhi
sponsored by the above foundation. The Principal wishes them for
their success. The programme was organized by Guidance and
Counselling Cell and coordinated by Dr. M.M.
Shahul Hameed, Head Department of Bio-technology. The
