JMC Alumni Get-together of Jeddah Chapter was held on 25th September 2007, Hotel Trident. Mr. Ausaf Sayeed, Consul General of India was the Chief Guest. Mr. Abdul Latheef, Consul General of Srilanka was the guest of honour. A number of prominent personalities, businessmen, well wishers of the college and a lot of alumni participated.
Dr. Karimudeen welcomed the gathering. Dr. M.M. Shahul Hameed, Vice-Principal and General Secretary of the Alumni Association highlighted the generous contribution of Jeddah alumni towards their alma mater.
On this memorable occasion, the office bearers of the alumni chapter, Mr. Abdul Malik (Patron), Mr. Rahmathullah (President), Mr. Siraj (Secretary) and Mr. Rafeek (Jt. Secretary) dedicated the Jeddah Alumni Block sponsored by the Jeddah Alumni and constructed in the JMC campus, by presenting the replica of the Block which was handed over to the Secretary of the college by His Excellency Ausaf Sayeed. Mr. Akbar Basha proposed a vote of thanks.
The visiting college team included Alhaj M.J.M. Abdul Gafoor (Secretary, JMC Management Committee), Alhaj K.A. Khaleel Ahamed (Treasurer, JMC Management Committee), Dr. M. Sheik Mohamed (Principal, JMC) and Dr. M.M. Shahul Hameed (Vice-Principal, JMC).
