The first batch of B.Ed. classes of the Jamal Mohamed College of Teacher Education was inaugurated recently. R. Kanagarajan, Principal of Government College of Education, Orathanad, was the chief guest. Chief Educational Officer K. Swaminathan, in his address, eulogized the teaching profession and urged the students to take up the profession with utmost sincerity.
